I am duff or you can call me judith and its nice to meet you.Several years ago I threw in the towel during a mixed episode; came clean about some of the symptoms I was hiding, found the right help and was properly diagnosed. I am diagnosed BP one. Somehow with that diagnosis came the first step in feeling like I belong among the living.
I came to BPW many moons ago to find out more from people who "walked the walk." I found BPW and here I stayed. I am the administrator of Bipolarplus forums.
