"I'm 36 years old and I live in Portland, Oregon with my husband and two children. I was first diagnosed with depression in high school, but it was not until after my accident, that my head was injured. I was diagnosed with bp1 in 1995. I would get very angry with manic episodes; finally, my husband begged me to get on meds and find a website for support, so in 2003 I came across Bipolarworld.net, and I read the webpage, and decided to chat. I suffer from migraines, PTSD and anxiety. I have learned a lot about bipolar disorder and medications through the chat, which has been very supportive. I became chat operator about 7 months ago.
