November 22, 2000 - A note from Dr. Phelps: Due to a conference I
attended last week I'm way behind on trying to reply to some folks with great
questions. If you haven't heard from me, it isn't necessarily because you won't.
Dear Readers: many good questions accumulated while I spent time with
my family over Thanksgiving. To try to address most of these questions,
my replies will be very short and to the point. Once I'm less "behind",
I hope to return to a style of answer that more truly suits your questions.
