Bands around head? Q: I have these bands wrapping them selves around my head andbody sometimes very tightly. Feels like someone is pulling hair and pecking on my head. Can you tell me what all this is. This started in 1996 and has progressed to full body. Although I keep myself free to point by mentaly cutting them off. Meantlly I am groming however I still do not know what I am doing to an understanding execpt I am getting better. The cutting them off has be continually since 1996 all my waking hours. Sounds to me like you need a good diagnostic evaluation to start, to make sure that if there's a mental health issue here, it is recognized and treatment offered -- hopefully soon.
