Do I need to go to the hospital? 

Q: i have bipolar type two disorder and havent had any meds for about 3 months or so. i want to die so bad. i have panic attacks really bad and alotlately. should i commit myself in a hospital? ive been on a anger streak lately. today ive fought with mom and brother. i feel i could kill some one. i jst keep getting high and/or drunk afterwards. i know im going to fuck up bad really soon, but i cant stop myself. please write back a/s/a/p
