Q: Seems Like No One Can Help Me
i have put up with this for 20 plus years ive lost my wife my house
my hole life and ive had about enough i have been on about every drug there is
and i still have this, im about ready to give up it seems like noone can help me
and im tired of it,,do you have any ideas, ive lost half my life to this and i
need some help

Too often this bipolar thing can leave people feeling like you are. Often
enough that I wrote a little essay on the subject of
hope.
Maybe it could help a little now, and I hope you'll read it over. And then
contact your therapist or doc', or go try to get one. And if it got much
more hopeless, you might have to think about going to an emergency room and
being evaluated for a hospital stay, especially if you start thinking about
suicide in any kind of specific way. Hope things get better soon.
