Q: Missed Lithium Dose for 4 Days
my soon to be spouse has been bipolar since the 2 of us have been togeather he takes 2 tablets of lithium per day i am not sure what miligram he
missed taking his dosage 4 days, would this cause him to become irrational and
moody in just 3 days. he did get his pills and now he just seems to be really
tired and unsettled?

Yes, that could do what you described, though in many people it would
not. In other words, what happens when people stop their lithium for 4 days
varies, but some can see a change very quickly.
